Delivering Love to Your Missionaries
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of products for missionaries do you offer?
We offer fresh bakery items and have thoughtfully curated a variety of food and non-food gift packages. You can also create a custom gift from our "A la Carte" page.
We have tried to include quality and affordable products that are appropriate for missionaries. We are dedicated to designing and assembling gifts that are meaningful and helpful to missionaries. Our goal is to encourage, inspire and motivate.
What is included with my gift purchase?
In addition to what is mentioned in the product description, each gift includes a personalized message from you (if you chose to include one) and a printed card with a quote from a General Authority about missionary work (or another inspiring topic). Our gifts are placed in a special gift bag or box with tissue paper and a bow. We try to make our packaging special, fun and beautiful!
How much does delivery to the Provo MTC cost?
We charge $5 for delivery, no matter how large or small your order, which is likely substantially less than it would cost for you to mail a similar package to your missionary in the Provo MTC.
When do I need to have my order submitted to guarantee next-day service?
Orders must be placed by 10:00 pm for guaranteed next-day service. This allows us to coordinate with our bakery partner, assemble and personalize gift orders, and finalize the delivery.
Our delivery window at the MTC is in the late morning, so while we try to accommodate orders received between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am for same-day delivery, we cannot guarantee it. However, know that we will get your package to your missionary as soon as we can.
How will I know that my package has been delivered to the MTC?
You will receive confirmation by email when your order is placed and another confirmation email after the package has been delivered to the MTC.
Will my missionary know they have a package to pick up?
Yes. The MTC mailroom alerts a missionary when they receive a package. Then, the missionary will usually go to the mailroom during their dinner break to retrieve the package. However, be aware that missionaries have very busy schedules and occasionally they do not make it to the mailroom until the next day.
Why don't you deliver on Saturday or Sundays?
The Provo MTC mailroom closes early on Saturdays and is closed all day on Sundays. Because our delivery window is in the late morning, this gives your missionary very little time to retrieve their package and they likely wouldn't receive it until Monday anyway.
What happens if my missionary leaves the MTC without picking up their package?
Fresh bakery items and other food items not picked up by a missionary before they depart the MTC are donated to the mailroom staff.
Packaged food and non-food items are typically returned to us. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you and you can either donate the gift to another missionary in the MTC, you can pay for postage and we will mail the package to your missionary (if they are serving in the continental United States), or we will refund you your money.
If your package is not picked up by your missionary before they leave the Provo MTC and is not returned to us (for any reason), we are not responsible for the order and you will not receive a refund, so please order early enough so that your missionary will have time to pick up their package!
